I have a 2002 Elantra with 169K and it has run great for me. It is a standard 5 speed that gets 26mpg city. The alternator just went out a few weeks ago so I replaced that. I replaced one cadaladic converter but it needs the other one replaced before it will pass inspection. The tires will need to be replace for winter and the clutch seems to be getting a little low.
