After taking the truck to a mechanic, he said the block was cracked between a cylinder and where the water flows through the block. This would be the cause of the water not leaking but being evaporated. I replaced the radiator, the water pump, and the thermostat before taking the truck to the shop thinking one of those was the problem. I also replaced the universal joint in the 1st position because it was worn out. The body is sound besides a dent at the back of the bed. I can send pictures of it if you want.
