For sale is a 1998 Ford F150 XL 4x4 with a 4.6 Liter V8 and a 5- speed manual transmission. The body and drive train of the vehicle have 206,000 miles them. The motor was taken out of another truck and put into this one and has 178,000 miles on it. I am currently driving the vehicle so the mileage with vary. Equipped with bed liner, tow package, and running boards. Has lots and lots of new parts. Has new clutch, clutch slave cylinder, throw out bearing, coil pack, spark plugs and wires, speedometer gear, transmission tail shaft housing with new bushing and seal, idler arm, all ball joints and tie rod ends have been replaced, 1 front wheel bearing, the entire rear end was rebuilt and has fresh fluid. Has remanufactured transmission with fresh fluid change. Front pumpkin was rebuilt with new fluid. New oil filter relocation kit that makes getting to the oil filter much easier. All new u-joints in rear driveshaft. #3 fuel injector replaced. Gas tank was replaced. Completely rebuilt front driveshaft. New air filter, fuel filter, starter, rotors, pads, rear brake shoes, brake lines, front and rear shocks. Transfer case fluid was just replaced. 4 Almost new Cooper Discoverer M+S snow tires. The truck currently has aluminum wheels and tires that will make it until this winter. I only have these tires on the truck so i don't wear out the winter tires. They will go with the truck as well. After market cd player. Just changed the engine oil today, 9/22/11. I only use Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and i change it every 3,000 miles or less. Truck is blue and gray, truck box and third door are green and gray. Most of the mechanical parts that wear out on these trucks have been replaced. The truck has scuffs, scratches, and dings. Dent on tail gate and passenger side of box near tail light. Rust on tail gate, box, and bottoms of doors. The truck isn't real pretty but runs and drives good. Shifts great and four wheel drive is amazing. Very reliable work truck. I drove a lot for my last job and put a lot of highway miles on it and it never left me stranded.
